During the COVID-19 pandemic, patients learned quickly that care at home, delivered via telemedicine (phone, video, email) could efficiently and effectively address many of their clinical needs. Improved level of care can be achieved by using both telemedicine and virtual care. Patient care was still only delivered in the clinic.
