That has Internet subscriptions (Humana broadband number perhaps?) Digital Literacy campaigns have previously focused on younger people. All ads would feature blaring messaging that “Operators are Standing By” – encouraging immediate responses to these digital literacy campaigns. Like the American Community Survey? Crazy, huh?
