Usually those are part of a system of trying to identify CPT codes or ICD codes in order to get paid through a billing RCM model. We can have predictive models as to which patients are more likely to fill out a survey pre and post. It was death by a thousand surveys type of thing as opposed to clicks. It was beautiful.
