Preparedness Of Community Health Centers For Telehealth. Despite the changes, many health centers may not be ready to implement high-quality telehealth. A study using 2016 data showed that only 38 percent of CHCs used any telehealth. At least 22 states have explicitly implemented telehealth parity for Medicaid.
