See below an interesting monthly report I get from the Wisconsin HIE. It shows the health of this system. A very healthy and Quality producing HIE: 2.6 This is a Standards based HIE, based on IHE-XDS and XCA. Elimination of HIE-related fees is just one piece of the puzzle for interoperability. Fully federated.
