Research and Surveys Stanford Health Care tested GPT-3.5 A study from CWH Advisors and Synchrony found that 63% of providers have RCM staffing shortages , and 61% expect to work with third parties for help. The survey also found that only 20% of employees are very confident in knowing how to use their health benefits.
