This story is almost unbelievable: Health system CEO framed physician by planting gun Dr. Michael Fitzgibbons, an infectious disease specialist and former chief of staff at Western Medical Center was framed! He was arrested in the hospital parking lot after police found a pair of black gloves and a handgun in his car. These items had been planted in his car to frame him!
