Healthtech providers can adopt HL7 (Health Level Seven) or FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). AWS solutions require software compatible with HIPAA standards.

The HIPAA Accounting of Disclosures is obsolete and dangerous. I am using the word "applications" mostly generically, but clearly "FHIR Applications" are a proper subset of applications. As FHIR matures, this subset may become the only set of applications. This would be ideal, but is simply not realistic.
