I am however happy to use IHE-ATNA as the marketing tag. More importantly is that Radiology was using RFC-3881 , so the Imaging world needed the Normative schema more than other parts of Healthcare. These other standards are where the real stuff is. By this time the Healthcare standards organizations were behaving better.
