This required learning to communicate up and downstream to the teams, over-rehearsing missions and, per the mantra of the Marine Corps, knowing how to "Adapt and Overcome" in unpredictable situations. Knowing how to quickly adapt to change is imperative. We always have to remind ourselves of the mission.
