Exhibit 2: SDHN Structural and Funding Diagram. Social Care Data Interoperability Exchange. The plan was that there would be three stages: 1) Adoption, 2) Connection (interoperability), and 3) Improvement. there’s quite a bit to this part, which is the problem. Ongoing Software-as-a-service fees. This isn’t difficult.
