Working in partnership with NHS staff, the Xerox Digital Patient Team have delivered both a holistic health records transformation programme and outpatient communications programme for multiple Trusts.

Smartbox.ai is the Award-recognised and smart solution for the processing and disclosure of Subject Access Requests, Medical Records, and advanced redaction requirements, in a Box.
Smartbox.ai uses AI and the most advanced machine and deep learning technologies to help people working in the NHS and the Health industry to process Data Subject Access Requests and Medical Records with speed and confidence.
It does this by first helping organisations automatically DETECT Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is residing within Employee email systems, medical records, and other unstructured data repositories – including HANDWRITTEN medical notes.
This automation reduces the effort and improves the accuracy associated with finding third-party information that may require redacting before the disclosure of a Medical Record, or an Employee Data Subject Access Request.

TORTUS is building a next-generation AI co-pilot for clinicians, allowing any doctor using any EHR to access state-of-the-art AI tools safely, securely and intelligently within workflow. The system reduces time by 60%, doubles the quality of documentation and reduces cognitive load by 75% and is currently built for clinical outpatient tasks inc summarisation, navigation, transcription and auto-note and letter generation.
