Join us at NHS ConfedExpo 2023!

Meet our six innovators in digital health

We are thrilled to announce that we will be exhibiting at this year’s NHSConfed Expo, taking place at Manchester Central from 14 – 15 of June 2023. We will exhibit alongside our partners, Xerox, and five other exceptional innovators.

At our exhibition booth (C23), you will have the opportunity to discover cutting-edge technologies and solutions that are revolutionising the healthcare industry. Our partners, along with us, will be present to demonstrate how our collective expertise is shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

Let us introduce you to our remarkable innovators:

At Xerox, we understand the need to accelerate patient pathways, connect care across ICS members and provide clinicians with digital tools that increase their capacity to care. Working in partnership with NHS staff, the Xerox Digital Patient Team have delivered both a holistic health records transformation programme and outpatient communications programme for multiple Trusts.

With the introduction of ICS’s, we trust that by sharing the why, how and what we have achieved in partnership with your colleagues, we can contribute to the ongoing transformation of NHS services supporting a connected care experience for staff and patients.

Smartbox.ai is the Award-recognised and smart solution for the processing and disclosure of Subject Access Requests, Medical Records, and advanced redaction requirements, in a Box.

Smartbox.ai uses AI and the most advanced machine and deep learning technologies to help people working in the NHS and the Health industry to process Data Subject Access Requests and Medical Records with speed and confidence.

It does this by first helping organisations automatically DETECT Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is residing within Employee email systems, medical records, and other unstructured data repositories – including HANDWRITTEN medical notes.

This automation reduces the effort and improves the accuracy associated with finding third-party information that may require redacting before the disclosure of a Medical Record, or an Employee Data Subject Access Request.

In addition to the automatic DETECTION of PII, Smartbox.ai enables health workers to COLLABORATE with their colleagues, REDACT information at speed, SHARE disclosures securely, and keep TRACK of where they are with each DSARs request, in a secure environment.

Smartbox.ai can also check for misfiled records and enable any such records to be redacted or removed before any disclosure is shared.

Finally, Smartbox.ai can easily be integrated into third party workflow solutions, such as DocuShare, providing an even more useful and effective document management solution.

TORTUS is building a next-generation AI co-pilot for clinicians, allowing any doctor using any EHR to access state-of-the-art AI tools safely, securely and intelligently within workflow. The system reduces time by 60%, doubles the quality of documentation and reduces cognitive load by 75% and is currently built for clinical outpatient tasks inc summarisation, navigation, transcription and auto-note and letter generation.

For some organisations, digital transformation remains a buzzword. For Mizaic, it underpins everything we do.

We are revolutionising the clinician : patient experience at the point of care, with our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) – MediViewer – built for the NHS, by a team that has worked in the NHS.

So, from easy-to-use technology, to the perfect change management programme delivered by people who have been there and done that for Trusts throughout the UK, we’ll support you on your journey to paperless – whatever your digital maturity.

Because we know the healthtech industry is full of jargon. We appreciate that digital transformation projects are feared when hospital teams are already stretched. And we understand entirely – through learned experiences earlier in our careers – the enormity of implementation challenges that can arise.

But we also know that by transforming physical, unstructured and legacy records from multiple systems, into digital, organised, searchable and shareable content, we’ll provide rapid access to relevant patient information at the point of care. The efficiency, cost-saving and environmental benefits are vast. But critically, we’ll also break down silos and enable quick, informed and connected decision-making, for caregiving across entire integrated care systems (ICS).

In a complex and crowded market, we’re already relied upon by more than 80,000 healthcare professionals and 16,000,000 patients throughout the country. And our product roadmap shows no sign of slowing – neither does our continued investment in the business, our team, and our customers.

So, for a secure, intuitive, scalable and searchable digital library – and a paperless, connected NHS – contact us. We’re here to help.
