K4Connect taps new chief growth officer; DispatchHealth names chief development officer, new head of product

Senior focused health tech startup K4Connect tapped Keith Stewart as the company’s next chief growth officer. 

Stewart was formerly the chief revenue officer for smart building startup Site 1001. At K4Connect he will be responsible for expansion and growing sales. 

“K4Connect is positioned perfectly to collaborate with our clients in order to help the industry usher in a next generation, senior-centric experience that serves all constituents and scales to meet market needs,” Stewart said in a statement. “I do believe that my background in helping to lead companies — ranging from Silicon Valley start-ups to large international organizations — through transformative periods gives me a broad perspective on the opportunities that lie ahead.”

K4Connect also announced that its president, Derek Holt, will now be taking on the additional role of chief operating officer (COO). He will now be in charge of operations, marketing and communications, program management, customer success and product marketing, according to a statement. 

Yesterday DispatchHealth, a company that specializes in on-demand care, announced that Jennifer Meyer will be joining the team as chief development officer. 

Before coming to DispatchHealth, Meyer served as the vice president of DaVita and a junior partner at McKinsey and Company. 

Dispatch also announced that Nabeel Meghji will be the next chief product officer for the company. Meghji formerly served as the head of product for healthgrades.com at Healthgrades.

Concerto HealthAI, a company focused on using AI and real-world data to transform healthcare, tapped three new data scientists to join its team. 

Smita Agrawal will serve as the senior director of product management and leader of eurekaHealth’s AI model. She comes to this position after working at Genentech and Strand Life Sciences. 

Shesh Thiruvenkadam is joining the team as senior principal scientist and will be responsible for desieging new AI models within eurekaHealth for life science companies. Thiruvenkadam previously worked at GE Global. 

Vivek Vaidya will also serve as a principal scientist. He will be working with AI models for analytics solutions. Before joining Concerto Health AI, he also worked at GE Global research. 

Verana Health has named four new hires to executive positions. Marie-Eve Piche will be joining the team as chief financial officer.  She previously worked at GE as well as Pymetrics and AppNexus. 

Hylton Kalvaria was named vice president of strategic partnerships. Prior to this role he led the West Coast business of Flatiron Health. 

Karim Damji will now serve as head of product for Verana. Prior to this role he served as product lead at Saama. 

Lastly, Ron Cantrell was named senior director and principal data scientist. He previously worked in the life science field holding roles at Genetch and Eli Lilly.
