Responsibilities

• Work closely with clinical and technical staff to implement and optimize the EPIC Ambulatory system
• Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyze and document system workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including policies and procedures, training materials, and user guides
• Collaborate with other EPIC Analysts to ensure consistency in system design, implementation, and maintenance
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, as needed
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Participate in training and education of end-users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• EPIC Ambulatory certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with EPIC Ambulatory in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and optimization
• Experience with system testing and quality assurance
