MTS is growing! We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated marketing professional with a proven background running account-based marketing and B2B lead nurturing campaigns for healthcare or technology companies on a national scale. The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities/Details include

  • Execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve marketing goals
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, and creating customized nurture campaigns
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
  • Develop lead nurture campaigns to foster middle of funnel leads
  • Test and iterate nurture campaigns to see improved results
  • Work with the marketing team and subject matter experts to create content in support of the nurture campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through trade shows, webinars, thought leadership, email promotion, social media, and more

Skill/Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field experience
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing including 4+ years of experience in account-based marketing and lead nurture campaigns
  • Previous healthcare or technology industry experience considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
