We currently have a growing staff that represent us at healthcare organizations across the US with a large presence in the mid-atlantic region. We provide healthcare IT and operational support. Our services include project management and SME support for system implementations and conversions, including Clinical, HIM, CDI, Coding, IT and Rev Cycle.

Sr. Solution Architect – Radiology

Description

  • Guide clients through current Radiology workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance
  • Act as primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support
  • Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise
  • Resolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application
  • Perform test script execution
  • Create and participate in unit and integrated testing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Cerner RadNet experience required
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Proficiency with issues identification and escalation to sr. management (Customer or e4) to gain needed support or resolution
  • Managing defined timelines to meet project deadlines
  • Capable of working alone or within a defined team
