Cerebral Admits HIPAA Breach and Data Leak Affecting 3.1 Million Users. Anne Zieger summarized the latest story of a digital health company facing heat for improperly sharing data. In this case, it was mental health provider Cerebral, which admitted that its pixel-based tracking technology used to mine use data was disclosing information to Google, TikTok, Meta, and other third parties.
