Located in Harlem, NY 10037 and Auburn, NY 10321

Assist with the conversion of program procedures and documentation practices into our EHR system, Netsmart myEvolv. This position includes designing, building, maintaining, and updating all forms, processes, and applications. May also be part of the creation of business reports and other data management tools. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment to problem solve, brainstorm, and execute project management tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to use basic Javascript and HTML to elevate the development of forms using Netsmart myEvolv.

HOURS PER WEEK: Exempt
Regular hours entail 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Eligible for hybrid remote work schedule

FUNCTIONS:
Design, build, test, and implement forms in Netsmart myEvolv
Support the transition from analog documentation methods to an EHR system, including modification or creation of new processes and workflows
Work with team members and management to identify program needs and system capabilities in order to create and build out functional and efficient systems
Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for EHR issues
Assist with EHR system maintenance and upgrades
Work with IT teams & management to determine organizational goals
Facilitate meetings and focus groups to gather information regarding program needs
Explore feedback loops from end-users to evaluate their user experience
Effectively communicate information to team members and upper management

Experience and Skills:
Associate degree in an Information Systems or Human Services-related field
EHR or EMR application experience is a plus
Proficient in Javascript, JQuery, and HTML a plus
Excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to collect, organize, and relay critical information
Ability to effectively prioritize & execute multiple tasks
Ability to embrace constructive feedback as a method for improvement
Excellent organizational skills
