Today is Thanksgiving in the US and so hopefully many of you are enjoying time with friends and family. Possibly enjoying some football and some great food. I enjoy all of those things and while my knees won’t let me enjoy Football the way I’d like this year, I’ll still be getting outside and enjoying some sports. Plus, I’ll likely eat too much pie (Is that possible?)
Of course, the thing I like most about this holiday is the chance to slow down and give thanks. In the frenetic pace of the world I often take things for granted. I try every day to take a moment and give thanks, but Thanksgiving allows me a deeper dive into that trough of gratitude.
Here at Healthcare IT Today we’re thankful for each of you. All of the Healthcare IT Today team feels pretty lucky to do what we do. We work hard to make a difference in the lives of the Healthcare IT Today and HITMC communities. One of the beauties and challenges of communities is that it’s more about the community helping each other than it is any one person. Luckily, both our health IT community and our healthcare marketing community includes some of the kindest and move giving people in the world. We’re grateful for all you do for each other and for us.
