A Look at Healthcare AI Powered Chatbots and Virtual Assistants with Stefan Behrens from GYANT

One of my favorite parts of healthcare IT right now is virtual assistants and AI powered chat bot.  While there’s certainly a lot of activity in the space, it’s sometimes hard to figure out what’s really happening and what’s hype with all this new technology.  To help us cut through the noise, we sat down with Stefan Behrens, Co-founder and CEO of GYANT, to understand how GYANT looks at the healthcare AI chatbot and virtual assistant space.

Along with talking about chatbots and virtual assistants, we also talk with Behrens to understand why he thinks EHR integration is so important.  Plus, we talk about how COVID-19 has impacted the space and how GYANT has used their technology to help organizations amidst the pandemic.

Check out the interview below to learn more about what GYANT is doing with their healthcare chatbot and virtual assistant.
