Legacy Applications, Wrong Goals, and Empathy – Fun Friday

Happy Friday everyone and welcome to another edition of Fun Friday where we try to give you a reason to smile as you head into the weekend.  This week we have an eclectic mix of cartoons that will make you laugh and possibly open your eyes to something in a new way.  Check them out below.

Anyone that’s worked with legacy applications and a legacy tech stack knows the feeling of fear that associated using the old tech. This captures it so well.

This cartoon reminds me of the key to creating the right goals. And also the reminder that many people’s goals aren’t aligned with what they need to be. Healthcare is full of perverse incentives.

This would definitely make a statement. Here we care mostly about technology in healthcare, but it is quite astounding that the patient gown is still this way. No designer has come up with something better?
