We, the undersigned, are patients, family caregivers and advocates who are desperate to receive the best care and treatment that we can in a way that enhances our ability to engage with our doctors and reduces stress on our already stressful lives. We are writing you today to ask that you hear our point of view as decisions are made on the Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator Proposed Rule to Improve the Interoperability of Health Information. .
