While there’s a lot of talk about IT compliance and automation, in this webinar we shared a wide variety of easy techniques and opportunities that were available to healthcare organizations to automate something for their organization in a compliant way.

In the discussion, we also share some of the regulatory pressures that are impacting healthcare organizations’ compliance efforts and what they can do about them. We also share where we see healthcare embracing automation today. One example of this was shared by Sloshberg when it comes to automating a healthcare organization’s email signatures. Seems like a small thing, but anyone that has requested an update to their company’s email signatures knows how annoying these requests can be. IT doesn’t want to deal with the request. Marketing and compliance don’t want to make the request or wait to be filled.
Sloshberg shared one of my favorite forms of automation which is empowering your users (in the email signature case it’s likely your marketing department) to be able to make changes to the company’s email signatures as needed. This is a simple solution that makes everyone happy: IT, Compliance, and Marketing.
