This month’s chat will be hosted by Erica Olenski Johansen (@thegr8chalupa) on the topic “A Diamond of the (Conference) Season: Anticipations of Topics, Trends, and Innovations at Fall/Winter Conferences“

There is an extraordinary energy in the air.
While fall leaves are turning brilliant colors and smells of pumpkin spice and peppermint are wafting throughout our homes and office spaces, there is an unfamiliar occurrence energizing the holiday season. Voices aren’t quite caroling yet, but they ARE buzzing about an unprecedented fall conference schedule throughout the healthcare innovation communities – defying many of the historic patterns of conversation in more recent years.
As the fall conference season graces us with its presence, we’re curious to learn and hear what the community is anticipating at large. Will this conference season motivate a new schedule for product roadmaps, inspire new marcomm storytelling, and re-energize 2023 budgeting decisions? Or will it be a bust – leaving attendees, both in person and virtual – wishing for something more?
Channeling my inner Lady Wistledown (shoutout to all my Bridgerton fans), will an infamous “Diamond of the Season” topic or innovation inspire the hearts and minds of healthcare innovation leaders? Or will the lifecycle of healthcare innovation continue to rely on the optimism of the spring (and a new year) to propel its innovative spirit?
Either way, I will be sipping my hot chai tea with anticipation.
