- RCM company CodaMetrix closed $55 million in Series A funding.
- Advisory firm Chartis established the Chartis Center for Burnout Solutions and announced the addition of DES Health Consulting to the firm.
- Independent primary care network Aledade added more than 450 primary care practices to its network in 2023; in addition, the company acquired Curia, a value-based care analytics platform.
- RCM technology and service provider AGS Health acquired Availity’s India-based patient access outsourcing business unit.
