Great opportunity to join our expanding practice and be part of our commitment to bringing empathy, compassion and a remarkable imaging experience to the communities we serve!  Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.

Princeton Radiology is seeking a full-time Director of IT who will provide leadership, vision and direction to the IT operations team. The director is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all internally managed and third-party IT infrastructure and resources used to support all radiology and business processes across the enterprise. As a member of the senior leadership team, the role contributes to the development and execution of company-wide IT priorities and strategies. The director is also responsible for operational and service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency and agility goals are achieved.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field along with a minimum of 7-10 years of comparable IT leadership and management experience in the healthcare industry.  Demonstrated proficiency and experience in all facets of healthcare IT, including clinical systems, networking, storage systems, information security, desktop management, and Help Desk functions.  Solid technical experience, strong project management acumen, experience managing employees with diverse skill sets, exceptional communication, interpersonal and organization skills, and superior, service-oriented approach to infrastructure and operations are essential.
