Telemedicine Consults

Health is pleased to announce the release of its 2018 U.S. Telemedicine Industry Benchmark Survey. More than four hundred healthcare executives, physicians, nurses and other professionals participated in the telemedicine survey. It remains the most comprehensive annual examination of the industry.

These participants provided input related to their priorities, objectives and challenges, program models and management structures, service lines and settings of care, and their platforms. Customers of REACH Health comprised 5% of total survey participation.

This fourth annual report examines the survey results and includes detailed findings such as the program attributes that are correlated with success. Several multi-year trends were observed and analyzed. Several new topics, such as prevailing opinions on parity laws, are examined in detail.
