When the EMR Goes Down – Fun Friday

If you’re not following Dr. Glaucomflecken, then you’re probably not on Twitter or TikTok.  That’s ok though since we like to share some of his humor on our regular Fun Friday series.  This week he nailed the Healthcare IT Today audience with this video he calls “When the EMR goes down.”

The last screen is genuine gold. I hope it gives you all a smile the way it did me.

Here’s a few other examples of his comedic styling:

Ok. This one is a bit of an inside joke. He had a cardicac arrest in which his wife saved his life. Of course, that led to a visit to the hospital and issues with Cigna paying for the visit and treatment. I think he said something about getting denied because he didn’t do something when he was unconscious. Check out this previous post as well where he met the EMTs, but obviously he doesn’t have a lot of kind feelings towards Cigna.

This is a good one. I think we’d all enjoy this joke. Mostly because it means we can be back together at conferences.

Have a great weekened!
