Introducing the New 8×8 PartnerXchange Community

On February 26, 2019, 8×8 launched 8×8 PartnerXchange, a new online Salesforce community that enables channel partners to manage their 8×8-related business and supports in driving sales of 8×8 solutions all in one platform.

8×8 Partners can now:

  • Quickly submit deal registrations and connect to information needed to drive sales
  • Locate partner-ready marketing tools to generate demand
  • Access real-time status on sales opportunities and support cases
  • Click through to access training and certification
  • Access self-service capabilities for administrators
  • Access instant partner registration with PartnerXperience case creation and management to increase customer case visibility and make it easier to escalate

8×8 Channel Chief Shares How PartnerXchange Enables Partners

8×8’s channel business is extremely important, even earning channel industry recognition with the 8×8 X Series receiving a CRN Tech Innovator Award and John DeLozier, Channel Chief at 8×8, named as a 2019 CRN Channel Chief. He mentions in a statement how the new community makes it easier and faster for their channel partners to do business with them.
