Kinderhook Sells Synzi to AMN Healthcare

Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”) today announced a definitive agreement to sell Telehealth 2017 Holdings, LLC, (“Synzi” or the “Company”) to AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AMN) for a purchase price of $42.5 million.  The acquisition signed and closed on April 7th, 2021.

Synzi, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a technology company that drives better patient access to care with a state-of-the-art communication platform. Synzi’s HIPAA-compliant virtual care and remote patient monitoring platforms enable organizations to conduct virtual visits and use secure messaging, text, and email for clinician-to-patient and clinician-to-clinician communications. Multiple participants can be included in virtual visits including medically-certified interpreters, referring physicians, and family caregivers.
