The report is designed to help business insights professionals understand who the providers are, according to Forrester. With 38 providers, Forrester categorized companies into three categories, based on annual insights service revenue. They are large established players (more than $1 billion in revenue), midsize players ($100 million to $1 billion in revenue), and smaller players (less than $100 million in revenue). The report names Perficient within the small players category as a technology service provider.
